As we enter an exciting growth journey, we are creating a new position for an Account Manager to strengthen our existing client relationships and drive the success of our healthcare workforce development programs.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions and healthcare adjacent organizations.
    • Understand client needs and goals through monthly assessments, ensuring alignment with OpusVi’s workforce development programs and developing portfolio.
    • Set and maintain a regular communication cadence with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
    • Proactively initiate and conduct quarterly business reviews with client and VP, Business Development to foster open communication, gather feedback, and collaboratively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and mutual growth.
    • Develop and deliver client satisfaction tool that creates a bi-annual feedback loop.
    • Act as the voice of the client, providing valuable insights to inform product enhancements and innovations.
    • Coordinate and deliver dashboard training sessions, program kick-off calls, and any client specific interventions.
  • Collaborate with VP, Business Development to develop and execute long term account management strategy.
    • Develop proposals and presentations to showcase our healthcare workforce development solutions.
    • Prepare regular reports for clients that include financial reconciliation, learner performance and program success outcomes, and milestones achieved. 
    • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and contribute to financial planning discussions.
  • Collaborate internally to establish open lines of communication across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product in the clients best interest.
    • Work closely with Product & Project lead to ensure seamless implementation of healthcare workforce development programs.
    • Work closely with Marketing lead in communication of program outcomes to ensure enterprise-wide data loop. 
    • Work closely with sales to maintain market intelligence and positioning to ensure OpusVi is up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging trends within healthcare.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare or education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workforce development trends and challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
