The enterprise includes pediatric specialty and urgent care centers, community-based pediatric practices, outpatient clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and community-service-related outpatient clinics throughout Arizona. Phoenix Children’s has more than 6,700 employees, including at least 1,175 pediatric primary care providers and specialists who deliver care across more than 75 subspecialties.   ## The Challenge Phoenix Children’s identified a financial skills gap among their leadership team. They sought to develop a learning solution for 400 of their leadership team members that focused on strengthening their financial acumen and providing them with a thorough grasp of a variety of financial topics, including balance sheets, statements of income, cash flow, quadruple aim and KPIs.   ## The Solution OpusVi provided a semi-custom learning solution for Phoenix’s Children using the module “Managing the Finances” which was developed in collaboration with Duke Corporate Education, one of the premier education providers.   ## The Impact Graduates earned a **Certificate in Finance Acumen** as well as **2 CMEs**.
