We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits this website, www.opusvi.com (“Our Site”) and uses our education programs (Programs). We will only collect and use personal data in ways that are described here and in a way that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under the law.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and ensure that you understand it. Please note that we will update it as necessary, for example, if the law changes or if we change our business in a way that affects personal data protection. We recommend that you check this page regularly to keep up-to-date.
1. What Does This Policy Cover?
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of Our Site and our Programs. Our Site may contain links to other websites. Please note that we have no control over how your data is collected, stored, or used by other websites and we advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.

You can exercise all these rights by making a request in writing and sent via email to legal@opusvi.com.
There is not normally any charge for an access request. Exceptionally, a minimal fee may be charged if our administrative costs in responding justify it.
We will respond to your request within one month. If we are not allowed by law to grant your request, for example, because it would reveal personal data about another individual, we will provide reasons. If your request is more complex and more time is required to process it, we will ask you for an extension for another month. If you have any cause for complaint about our use of your personal data, please contact us at legal@opusvi.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection or privacy authority of your country.
