Terms & Conditions: MBA Referrals
1. Campaign Overview
OpusVi is offering an application incentive under which an eligible applicant may receive a payment of five hundred US dollars for applying to the OpusVi MBA in Healthcare degree program, subject to the terms and conditions below.
2. Eligibility
This application incentive is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States or Canada who submit an application to the OpusVi MBA in Healthcare degree program for the January 2026 cohort. Additional eligibility restrictions may apply at OpusVi’s discretion.
3. Incentive Qualification
An applicant is eligible for the application incentive only if all of the following conditions are met:

The applicant submits a completed application to the OpusVi MBA in Healthcare degree program

The applicant is formally accepted into the program

The applicant commits to and enrolls in the January 2026 cohort.
Applicants who apply but are not accepted or who do not commit to the January 2026 cohort are not eligible for the incentive.
4. Incentive Payment
The application incentive is five hundred US dollars per eligible applicant. Payment will be issued only after the applicant has been accepted into the program and has formally committed to the January 2026 cohort.
Payments will be made in US dollars using the payment method selected by OpusVi and within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of eligibility. Applicants are responsible for all applicable taxes, reporting obligations or fees related to receipt of the incentive.
5. Limitations
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. All admissions decisions are made at the sole discretion of OpusVi. This incentive may not be combined with other OpusVi applications or enrollment incentives unless expressly stated.
6. Modification or Termination
OpusVi reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this application incentive at any time without prior notice, except for applications already determined to be eligible under these terms.
7. General Conditions
Participation in this application incentive constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. OpusVi’s decisions regarding interpretation and administration of this incentive are final.
