Terms & Conditions: MBA Referrals
1. Campaign Overview
OpusVi is offering a referral incentive under which an eligible referrer may receive a payment of five hundred US dollars for each qualified referral to the OpusVi MBA in Healthcare degree program, subject to the terms and conditions below.
2. Eligibility
This referral incentive is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States or Canada. Additional eligibility restrictions may apply at OpusVi’s discretion.
3. Qualified Referral
A referral is considered qualified only if all of the following conditions are met:

The referred individual submits an application to the OpusVi MBA in Healthcare degree program

The referred individual is formally accepted into the program
-
The referred individual commits to and enrolls in the January 2026 cohort

Referrals are not eligible for the incentive if the referred individual does not commit to the January 2026 cohort.
4. Referral Submission Requirements
Referrals must be submitted through the referral method designated by OpusVi before the referred individual applies to the program. Self-referrals are not permitted.
5. Incentive Payment
The referral incentive is five hundred US dollars per qualified referral. Payment will be issued only after the referred individual has been accepted and has formally committed to the January 2026 cohort.
Payments will be made in US dollars using the payment method selected by OpusVi and within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of eligibility. Referrers are responsible for all applicable taxes, reporting obligations or fees related to receipt of the incentive.
6. No Employment or Agency Relationship
Participation in this referral campaign does not create an employment, agency, partnership or representative relationship between the referrer and OpusVi. Referrers are not authorized to act on behalf of OpusVi, make representations regarding admissions decisions or bind OpusVi in any manner.
7. Marketing and Anti-Spam Compliance
Referrers must comply with all applicable marketing, privacy and anti-spam laws when sharing referral information. This includes compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation. Unsolicited or deceptive communications are prohibited.
8. Limitations
Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed. All admissions decisions are made at the sole discretion of OpusVi. Only one referrer may receive the incentive per referred applicant, and only the first valid referral received will be eligible.
9. Modification or Termination
OpusVi reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this referral campaign at any time without prior notice, except for referrals already determined to be qualified under these terms.
10. General Conditions
Participation in this referral campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. OpusVi’s decisions regarding the interpretation and administration of the campaign are final.
