-
Active and adaptive learning experiences and simulations: Students learn through interactive textbooks and multimedia content, supported by interactive online activities. Additionally, using a Medical Office Simulation Software, learners build skills through over 100 fully digital practice and assessment simulations, mimicking the software they will use on the job.
-
Social learning: Learners can easily engage, share knowledge, and discuss the program content with others using our discussion tool.
-
Flexible to meet your needs: The learning content is asynchronous, allowing students to learn on their own schedule. The coursework can be completed easily on any device like your computer, phone, or tablet.
-
Using proven learning science: We use tried and tested learning principles, cognitive science, and AI to increase knowledge retention and support study habits.

Stacy Smith, CMA (AAMA), MS
Medical Assisting Program Chair and Assistant Professor at Mercy College of Health Sciences
I’m excited to provide opportunities for all kinds of students across the United States. The flexibility of our Medical Assisting program is perfect for those that work during the day, care for children during the day, or are busying caring for loved ones; this is something that they can conveniently fit into their busy schedules.
Andrew Gress
Director of Enrollment Management at Mercy College of Health Sciences
We want students to know that we care about their success. Our involvement in their success doesn’t end with good learning content, or even once the student graduates. Our Medical Assisting program is a holistic pathway to employment. The entire experience is geared toward gaining all the right knowledge and earning all the right skills. We prepare students to pass the Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) Exam with several practice quizzes, and we help graduates get a job even before the program ends. To us, it’s about helping people find their place in healthcare and supporting them as they make a positive impact in their communities.”
