Recommended annual salary: CA$48K - CA$66K

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Marketing and Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to engage our key partners, enhance their experience, and drive mutual growth. You will work closely with our partners, sales, and marketing teams to create and implement programs that support our business objectives and strengthen our partnerships.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with our key partners and act as the main point of contact for marketing-related inquiries.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive partner engagement and success.
  • Align partner goals and strategies to create joint marketing initiatives to achieve pipeline targets.
  • Create co-branded marketing materials and campaigns that align with partner goals and company objectives.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Advocate for the partners internally to help prioritize the partners’ marketing-related goals.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partner marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and distribute partner-facing content such as newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
  • Coordinate with partners to gather feedback and insights to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing activities, using data and analytics to measure impact and ROI.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to internal stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and the US healthcare industry are preferred.
