OpusVi understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your personal data is used. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits this website, www.opusvi.com (“Our Site”) and uses our education programs (Programs). We will only collect and use personal data in ways that are described here and in a way that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under the law.

3.3. The right to have your personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
3.4. The right to ask us to delete or otherwise dispose of any of your personal data that we hold. We will do so without delay unless the personal data is still necessary for the purposes for which you provided it.
3.5. The right to ask us to restrict (i.e. prevent) the processing of your personal data, for example, if you have requested correction of your data, while we are correcting it.
3.6. The right to object to us using your personal data for a particular purpose or purposes.

It is important that your personal data is kept accurate and up-to-date. If any of the personal data we hold about you changes, please keep us informed as long as we have that data.
You can exercise all these rights by making a request in writing and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is not normally any charge for an access request. Exceptionally, a minimal fee may be charged if our administrative costs in responding justify it.
We will respond to your request within one month. If we are not allowed by law to grant your request, for example, because it would reveal personal data about another individual, we will provide reasons. If your request is more complex and more time is required to process it, we will ask you for an extension for another month. If you have any cause for complaint about our use of your personal data, please contact us at email@example.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection or privacy authority of your country.
