Overview
**Please note that this role is not similar to a Business Analyst role. We are specifically seeking a Senior Data Analyst with extensive experience in managing and analyzing healthcare data. Applicants should have a proven track record of working with complex healthcare datasets and delivering actionable insights.**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with very large data sets in a cutting-edge analytics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex and large-scale data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Leverage machine learning and AI to enhance processes, including algorithm development and data processing and management.
- Develop and implement descriptive and predictive analytics models to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Perform data cleansing and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to build predictive models.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics models and recommend improvements.
- Inform technology architecture and strategy to enhance data capabilities and improve end-user products.
- Effectively communicate data insights and findings through clear written reports and compelling oral presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience working with very large data sets and employing both descriptive and predictive analytics techniques.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
- Strong understanding of data science AI applications and use.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Mulesoft, SSIS or equivalent.
Soft Skills
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
