Thomas Brink has worked in healthcare in some capacity his entire career. He has master’s degrees in Social Work and Healthcare Administration from Indiana University. He started his career as an addiction therapist. He was President and CEO of Fairbanks Hospital, a 100+ bed and outpatient chemical dependency facility. He worked at Indiana University Health for 23 years in various capacities: Director of Medical Education, Chief Operating Officer of HealthNet, Executive Director of a physician practice support organization for a 200+ multi-specialty physician group, and Director of Statewide Network. He worked with three large primary care physician groups to merge into one under the IU Health umbrella, was President and CEO of an occupational health practice, started an IU Health company, and managed employee health for 25,000 IU Health employees.

Patty White

Retired President and CEO of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center

Patty White is the former President and CEO of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, a 600-bed, not-for-profit hospital that is a nationally recognized center for quality tertiary care, medical education, and research. Patty led a team of 5,000 medical professionals, support staff, and volunteers who are dedicated to providing excellent patient care and improving the quality of life in the community. Patty was a leader in the Dignity Health Arizona Service Area for more than 30 years. She served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Executive, and Vice President of Operations at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. Patty is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Central Missouri State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona.

Ginger Figg

Retired Chief Administrative Officer at Norton Medical Group

Ginger L. Figg, Chief Administrative Officer at Norton Medical Group, joined Norton Healthcare in 1997 and retired in March 2018. In her role, Figg held leadership responsibility for Norton Medical Group NMG, a division of Norton Healthcare, an integrated health system in Louisville, Kentucky. Norton Healthcare’s five hospitals include 1,800+ licensed beds with approximately 2,000 physicians serving on its medical staff. Under her leadership, NMG grew from 20 physicians to more than 950 providers in primary, specialty, and urgent care. Before joining Norton Healthcare, Ms. Figg spent more than 10 years in private practice and working for hospital and clinic systems in Kentucky. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville and a master’s degree in Health Services Management from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri.

Danielle Brown

Danielle Brown is a Project Manager in the Department of Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). Supporting five executives and 14 pediatric specialty divisions, Ms Brown’s responsibilities include strategic and operational performance improvement initiatives, business planning, and ambulatory clinic operations. Prior to joining CHLA, Ms Brown held positions such as Administrative Director and Service Line Development and Planning for CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, as well as Operations Analyst for Dignity Health, where she was an integral member of the System Operations team. Ms Brown received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Diego State University and Master of Science in Health Administration from California State University, Northridge. Janet Yackey

Janet led the implementation of system-wide program and project management disciplines across the Norton Healthcare system for 15 years. This included projects in the areas of information systems, finance, business, clinical operations, and safety and security. Currently, she is Director of Project Management in the Facilities department of Norton Healthcare, managing construction projects and overseeing a staff of full-time project managers as well as mentoring employees in the art of project management. Prior to joining Norton Healthcare, Janet was a senior project management consultant for the Project Management Group where she served customers in a variety of industries. Janet has 30 years of program and project management experience. Tim Arambula, MBA

Tim has worked in positions within Strategy and Planning at CommonSpirit Health (formerly Dignity Health) over the past 12 years. Brandi Krushelnsiki, RN, BSN, MBA, CCTC

Brandi received her BSN from San Diego State University in 1994 and an MBA from Grand Canyon University in 2016. She worked at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego in the Heart and Lung Transplant Intensive Care Unit as a medical intensive care unit nurse and interventional cardiology case manager. She then served as an organ procurement coordinator at Lifesharing in San Diego, where she was responsible for the evaluation and management of potential organ donors while coordinating all aspects of organ and tissue recovery with transplant teams, tissue banks, and hospital personnel throughout San Diego and neighboring counties. Brandi has worked as a lung transplant coordinator at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, prior to her start at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in 2006. Brandi’s experience working with organ transplantation includes multiple research trials surrounding lung transplants. She is the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) transplant administrator for the Dignity Health Norton Thoracic Institute center and a certified legal nurse consultant.

Ms. Harting has been a part of Dignity Health for more than 20 years. She served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Dignity Health’s Southern California West Service Area where she had administrative responsibility over three hospitals. She also served as CEO for the two St. John’s hospitals. Prior to that, Ms. Harting was the Hospital President and CEO for Mercy Gilbert Medical Center in Arizona where she oversaw the design and construction of the brand new hospital. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and Chief Nurse Executive at St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino. Tracy Williams is an executive with 41 years of multi-site experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit health systems and across the continuum of care. Most recently, Ms Williams served for 13 years as Senior Vice President and System Chief Nursing Officer of Norton Healthcare. She had oversight of all care functions for Norton Healthcare’s five owned hospitals, Norton Cancer Institute, and the Norton Medical Group. For two years, she served as Norton Healthcare’s Senior Vice President, System Chief Learning Officer, and Chief Nursing Development Officer. She retired in the summer of 2020. Ms Williams received her BSN from Old Dominion University, an MS in Nursing from Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University, and earned her DNP in Executive Leadership from Rush University. Her doctoral work resulted, in part, in Norton Healthcare receiving the 2011 National Quality Forum’s (NQF) National Quality Award, the 2011 Kentucky Hospital Association Quality Award, and being a top five finalist for the 2012 AHA McKesson Quest for Quality Prize. Active in many professional organizations, she speaks frequently in national forums and conferences and is published in a multitude of journals.

Lisa’s clinical experience includes ED, Flight, ICU, Cardiac Cath Lab, and Interventional Radiology as a staff nurse and a leader. Currently, she is the System Director of Clinical Technology & Practice Integration on the National Nursing Team for CommonSpirit Health. This position allows her to decrease variations in practice with technology by influencing system leaders to use evidence-based practice to drive the standards of care and achieve better outcomes.
