Here’s how the OpusVi Product Team creates the most relevant learning experiences for healthcare professionals

Made With Industry, For Industry — this is how we sum up our programs in a few short words. We have lofty goals here on the OpusVi Product Team, and our No. 1 goal is to create the best, most relevant learning experience for our learners.

But how do we know what is “best” or “most relevant”?

We define these standards by being intimately aware of the skills, issues, and outcomes needed to be successful in specific roles in healthcare. Our first focus when considering new programs is always to tap into our vast network of top experts who are dedicated to advancing healthcare — from CEOs, CNOs, CFOs, and Directors of Nursing, to frontline clinicians and administrators. We take in what the daily challenges are, we ask a lot of questions and hold multiple focus groups with current healthcare professionals who could benefit from the programs we create. All of this is done to ensure that we identify the true skills and outcomes we should be teaching in our programs.

How do we ensure we teach future-forward and transformative material?

Once a specific need is defined for one of our programs, we partner with world-class academic partners like Duke CE, the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, American University, Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University, the University of Arizona’s Eller Executive Education, and others to work with top experts in the fields of management, leadership, business, innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making. These experts bring you the most up-to-date and rich learning experience on topics that matter and that are relevant.

We don’t just ask our experts to share one of their existing articles or lectures with us. Instead, our Learning Experience Designers carefully craft a specific program working together with these distinguished professors and top healthcare experts so that each example, story, and lesson is tailored to the healthcare industry and to your day-to-day roles and responsibilities.

OpusVi programs are not just professional development, they are transformative learning experiences (more to come on that in my next post — keep your eyes peeled) that are intentionally Made With Industry, For Industry.
