Strength to Endure Resilience Program

Program Overview

In response to COVID-19 and with the goal of giving back to the healthcare community, OpusVi has partnered with the University of Exeter to develop this micro-course designed for frontline healthcare workers to strengthen resilience, improve overall well-being, and navigate the incredibly challenging times at present and to come.

Recognizing that the same strategies used by elite athletes to endure high-pressure moments could be leveraged by healthcare workers facing immense stress, we’ve teamed up with experts at the University of Exeter, the No. 2 University for Sports Science in the UK according to the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2020, to deliver a mobile app-based learning experience and help healthcare workers develop strategies to enable them to function at their best, even under the most difficult conditions.

Program Delivery

This micro-course is delivered via EdApp, which is an award winning, mobile first microlearning platform with integrated authoring, spaced repetition, and gamification.

Learn to be more resilient through an app that is easy to use and can be accessed anytime on your iOS or Andoid mobile device. The 1-hour long program can be completed in bite-size pieces of a few minutes a day alongside a busy work schedule.

Giving Back to Communities

We believe healthcare workers are real-life superheroes, which is why we created this program to support them in self-care during these stressful times that create a high risk of burnout. All profits from this program will be donated to local nursing and frontline staff charities, including nursing foundations across the U.S. and healthcare charities in the UK.
