We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Design and Website Management Specialist to join our team. This dual role involves creating graphic designs that align with our branding and managing the company's website to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both areas, with a strong focus on graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations and layouts for various marketing materials including digital ads, social media posts, white papers, infographics, ebooks, email campaigns, brochures and presentations.
  • Ensure all design elements align with brand guidelines and company standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Create and edit multimedia content, including videos and animations, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the web development team and vendors to manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, functional and visually appealing.
  • Update website content regularly, including text, images and multimedia elements, paying close attention to detail.
  • Monitor website performance, conduct regular audits and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal functionality and SEO optimization.
  • Work with company leaders, developers and third-party vendors to implement new features and improvements.
  • Ensure website security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for the website and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and improve the overall user experience.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes and mockups for new web pages and features.
  • Use web analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on website performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools to continually bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements 

Knowledge/Skills

  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of server-side management and hosting environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-starter, demonstrates initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Punctuality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in graphic design and website administration.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong knowledge of web design and development tools, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
