The Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC) and OpusVi have partnered to address the critical workforce challenges facing healthcare organizations across Southern California through workforce development solutions.
Through this collaboration, we combine HASC’s extensive regional leadership and advocacy expertise with OpusVi’s innovative education and workforce development solutions.
Together, we are delivering scalable, competency-based programs to alleviate workforce shortages, expand access to training pathways and build a sustainable pipeline of skilled healthcare professionals.
Our solutions were specifically designed for healthcare organizations and include a wide range of solutions, including nurse residencies, preceptor training, medical assistant training, certified nursing assistant training and numerous degree and certification programs.
Collective Nurse Residency Opportunity:
HASC is exploring a collective nurse residency program with OpusVi to strengthen nurse readiness, retention and patient outcomes. If HASC member hospitals collectively enroll 70+ nurses, the implementation fee will be waived for all participants. Opt in by September 12th to express interest and help us meet the threshold to launch before year-end.
